Zakandra wood chipper is able to cut any kind of plant residue, dry or wet, up to a maximum diameter of 12 cm.

Zakandra offers the possibility of entering agricultural, wooded areas and easily overcome the slopes.

Drum cutting system with 4 blades.4 steel plate that rotate athigh speed creating the flow of airnecessary to expel the processedmaterial - even if very wet - at a heightof about 2 meters.

Upper loading hopper: Widematerial introduction point, dimensinos:- width 1200 mm;- height altezza 430 mm.

Lower loading hopper: the hopperremains large even at the cuttingpoint, so that the machine isable to shred particularly leafy materials,such as olive trees pruning,avoiding blockages and allowinggrinding of large quantities of materialfor each load. This leads toa significant reduction of workingtimes.

Hydraulic infeed roller is a 190mm diameter toothed steel rollerwith adjustable speed androtation direction; it is placedinside the hopper and carriesevery kind of vegetable wasteautomatically towards the cuttingsystem. (roller width 332mm).

Sieve for chip measure regulation:Zakandra can be equippedwith particular sieves that allowsto graduate the shredded outputin order to obtain chips of an idealsize for the purposes of supply ofmany Biomass Heating Systems.

Easy access to the cutting chamber:the Zakandra chipper was designedso that it can be accessedvery easily and quickly but alwaysin strict compliance with safetyregulations, to all those parts thatnormally require maintenance, inparticular the cutting system andto the transmission mechanismsand to monitor how the machineis working.

Controls: 2 levers located onthe “console” allow separatecontrol of the left and righttrack.

NO-STRESS system has the purposeof preserving the engine fromexcessive stress originating fromthe cutting of materials of largediameters, very hard, leafy, humidand, which in general require a lotof power.HOUR COUNTER: an hour counteris integrated into the nostresssystem, excellent even in case ofvehicle rental.
